In fact, it’s been so long and my old post about this topic is SO embarrassing that I’m not even going to link to it. If you’re that interested, you can search through the archives yourself ;) That being said, my yoga + workout clothing preferences have changed as of late. Since moving to the Cape, I’ve started teaching and practicing in more heated studios (one at 80, one at 90!) and I’m sweating a lot more. I’ve become quite the Sweaty Betty these days.. But, no matter how hot and sweaty I get, will you ever catch me practicing in just a sports bra and booty shorts? NEVER. I mean, not in 1,000,000 years. It’s just not my thing. Don’t get me wrong, I am inspired by those who can and do—so if that’s you, please keep rocking it out and woohoo (!)—I’m just not that comfortable practicing with a lot of skin showing (or even walking around my house with a lot of skin showing, for that matter), so I’ve had to find other ways to stay cool in a heated practice. Here’s what I look for in yoga clothes these days:
