Oh my, this is a doozy of a subject. I wrote a blog post about women + guilt a little over a month ago, and from the response that I got from you readers, I felt it was worth exploring in a longer format with a female cohost on the podcast.
Thus, today's episode, in which me and my mommy-guilt-ridden friend (and Starr Struck team member!) Sara, explore the following question: why do we women feel guilty so often and in so many areas of our lives? We discuss our personal issues with guilt, what we feel guilty about, why we think women have so much more guilt than men, and how we try to deal with our negative feelings around the subject.
