Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or a little lost in a specific area of your life? Might be time to outsource or hire some help! In this week’s episode, Ben and I discuss the ways in which we have both (individually and as a couple) recently asked for help and gotten it; I go into a little more depth about hiring Sara (who I introduced to you a few weeks ago), and Ben shares his experience "outsourcing" his physical training for the first time in a couple of years. In chatting about both of these instances and a few other recent examples, we cover how this help has changed our lives for the better and delve into some of the factors to consider when deciding whether or not to outsource tasks or projects in your life. Oh, and of course Ben goes off on a few rants about household projects and other random topics that he wants to address--but that's to be expected at this point ;) You can listen below OR by downloading and/or subscribing in iTunes or Stitcher (be sure you search "Starr Struck Radio").

You guys had me laughing out loud while listening to this podcast on my walk this morning! So much so that people were starring haha oops! :) So funny that Ben mentioned the no pumpkins before October 1st because I came home from a weekend away last night to an apartment that my roommate had completely decked out in pumpkin decorations while I was gone. My first thought was, it's not even October 1st yet! haha
