I think that by now, you guys know that I'm a to-do list addict. I truly believe in the power of writing things down, and my first step in solving *almost* anything is to make a list about it.
So, it was only a matter of time until to-do lists made it onto the podcast. And voila--enter Episode #11. Here's the short description of this week's epi: Do you make to-do lists on a regular basis? If so, are they effective? Do they help you to use your time in a more productive and purposeful way? In today's episode, we discuss to-do lists, productivity, and how to manage lots of tasks without losing your mind. In the first half of the episode, we discuss our own experiences with to-do lists and share some of the science and psychology behind to-do lists. In the second half of the episode, we share tips for how to make more effective to-do lists and how to increase your productivity through list-making. You can listen to the episode below OR by downloading and/or subscribing in iTunes or Stitcher (be sure you search "Starr Struck Radio").

I totally have tons of to-do lists at any given time too, it's not just you! My husband and I listened to this together and we kept cracking up at how much the two of you sound like the two of us! Thanks for the info, and for making us laugh ;-)

LOL - catching up on these at work. as you all mentioned having three things on your to list I was making an 11 item to do list with one of them having 6 bullets underneath. many moons ago I used to put "make my to do list" at the top so I would have something checked off right away. more importantly - i always have a check box to check - never a cross off list - so i can still read what it is that I did. oh - and did i mention i keep my work to do lists in mini spiral notebooks and save the notebooks...literally have a drawer full from previous years. my office mates make fun of me on a regular basis. love me some to do list madness. yall are the best - thanks for continuing to share!
