Oh my, recording this week's podcast [on Saturday night] was supa' fun. We laugh more in this episode than in any of the others, and although it's pretty silly at times, I think/hope it's still thoughtful enough to make all of the silliness worthwhile (but you can be the judge of that!). Here's the episode description: In episode 10, we chat about a subject that normally wouldn’t enter into the Starr Struck lexicon--cars. But, we talk about cars as they relate to some bigger picture life issues and topics, such as materialism, values, self-image, and finances. In the first half of the episode, we each share our car history and tell a few ridiculous car stories (they are really ridiculous and we laugh a lot). In the second half of the episode, we talk about the car issues that we’re facing right now, and how these issues are inspiring us to take a look at our values, our relationship, and our attachment issues. You can listen to the episode below OR by downloading and/or subscribing in iTunes or Stitcher (be sure you search "Starr Struck Radio"). Oh, and as promised, here are the links that we mention in the podcast:
As usual, podcast FAQs (for anyone new to podcasts) are here. Thanks for listening and supporting this endeavor! We love it so much.
Ok, you guys had me laughing out loud in my car like a crazy person. When Ben said that you forgot to put the emergency brake and you crashed into a basketball hoop, I was cracking up! I have a first world problem to share…whenever a coworker forgets their keys to the office and I have to get up to let them in, I get annoyed. We have a doorbell so whenever I hear it, I begrudgingly stand up and pout like a seven year old. #firstworldproblems
