Most of the time, my Mat Matters videos are based on either, A) a request, B) what I've been teaching in my classes on a particular week, or C) what I'm working on in my own practice. This week's episode is based on something I've been playing with in my own practice as I continue to try and build my upper body strength and learn to use more of my core strength to lift my body when "jumping."
