This week's video is super straightforward, simple, and short. In it, I demo my 4 favorite ways to use a bolster (which is one of my fave yoga props) in order to open the body and relax. Bolsters = where it's at. If you don't have one, you should get one. And then you should use it every day (all day, every day, if you can). But seriously, if you practice at a studio or gym that has bolsters and there's room around your mat, why not grab one and keep it nearby in every class, so that you can use it in some of the ways I show in this vid? I promise, it will make your practice so much more luxurious and lovely :) [Btw, I think this video comes from my current desire to nest and snuggle up, since we just moved and it's still freezing and snowy outside practically every day...] Enjoy!
