Waaay back in February 2012, I did a post about the anatomical importance of feet, and to quote myself (is that embarrassing?), it's ALL about the feet. Our feet are how we relate to the world (literally!). They tell us where we are in space. They determine our posture and our knee and hip and spine alignment. They enable us to be mobile, to run away from danger, and to h̶u̶n̶t̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶g̶a̶t̶h̶e̶r̶ go shopping at Whole Foods. They are important. Thus, today's episode is focused on a few ways that you can take care of your feet during your yoga practice and while at home, watching TV, or while playing with your dog. These tools + poses are very simple, and will only take a few minutes out of your day (if they take any time at all!). For more tips on how to take care of your feet, check out my old post on the subject (and try not to judge--it's been 2.5 years since I put that post up!). You can watch here or subscribe to my YouTube channel so you never miss an epi ;) Comments are closed.
