I recently learned this new transition and I'm kinda obsessed. Not sure why I'd never tried it before, but I hadn't (LOVE this about yoga--I'm constantly learning new things!), and now that I've done it a few times, I just can't stop. Am I super graceful when I do it? Of course not. Did I totally screw it up the first time that I tried? Absolutely. But now I'm getting the hang of it and my body is creating muscle memory and it's fabulous! Oh yoga, you're so good to me. So, today's episode obviously focuses on the transition from tripod headstand to chaturanga. Needless to say, if you're still working on tripod, chaturanga, or jumping back to chaturanga, you probably want to wait to try this transition until you're comfortable with these poses/transitions. I'll do videos on both chaturanga and jumping back to chaturanga in the coming weeks, as I just realized that somehow I've never done videos on these topics before (I know!?!?!).
