While I was in Tennessee a few weeks ago, shopping in Market Square with my friends, we came across the work of Beth Meadows. Smitten, I gazed lovingly at her paintings for slightly *too* long, and although I was dying to buy a piece, I settled on picking up her card as we left. After spending, again, *too* much time looking through all of her work on her website and in her Etsy shop, I'm even more enamored by Beth Meadows, or as her shop is entitled, "With Bear Hands." She is a very prolific artist whose unique aesthetic is right up my alley. Her work is girly, yet has depth, and her colors palettes are gorgeous yet quirky, adding extra interest to her often already interesting subject matter. I've included a smattering of different pieces here today, as I couldn't decide on one of Beth's series to feature. I love her empty pools, her mason jars, her interiors, and her fashion-filled portraits... Aren't her colors fabulous? A few other things you should know about With Bear Hands:
So inspiring.
