Ready for something super-fun and totally creative? Check out Peter Clark's "found" paper collages, below :) I've included my favorite works here (clothes & accessories, of course...are you surprised?), but he also does a bunch of amazing pieces featuring "beasts" and dogs, so if you like his work you can check out more on his website, here. The details of his process? It's ALL made of paper scraps. He uses "a comprehensive collection of found papers as his palette. [The papers] are colored, patterned, or textured by their printed, written, or worn surfaces...with this media he 'paints' his collages. He shades with density of print and creates substance and movement with lines plucked from old maps or manuscripts." Amazing, right? Take a look below: See? Isn't his work fun? I just love the whimsy, the color, and the movement. And I kind of want to wear one of those dresses... ;)
Here's to a colorful, playful day! Namaste, Mary Catherine Comments are closed.
