You know how much I LOVE artwork depicting clothing, don't you? If not, take a look at my painting website. I adore it. And, as someone who has done a bunch of paintings of clothing hanging on hangers, I know what goes into making the folds, the fabric, and the shadows look realistic. Therefore, I'm in awe of sculptor Fraser Smith's work, which features an array of outerwear hanging from hangers--all made out of WOOD. That's right, everything pictured below is carved out of wood, and is therefore, a sculpture. It's totally crazy! Take a look below and prepare to be impressed... Not even kidding--all of this is made out of wood. I've also included one of his wooden quilts, above, as he has quite the series of these and I think they're really beautiful.
