So that, my friends, is what I'm doing on my painting day today. Working [and hoping that inspiration strikes].
I hope that inspiration strikes for you today, as well! Namaste, Mary Catherine

I never comment on blogs or haven't much in the past. I'm not sure what's going on with me. :~D It's your new yogini pal in Phoenix. But I'm compelled to share things I am grateful for this week. One is right now, I am sitting by myself at a coffee shop having tea at the end of a long work week. Another is my boyfriend and I taking our dogs to the park and just running around, cuz it's so beautiful here right now. But my most favorite part of my week is my first "Sunday night Set Up" I cooked, preped and stored, in beautiful containers from the container store, all or most of our food for the week. It made it so much easier to eat healthy and clean and it was so fun to come home and have everything ready. We could eat together or seperately, graze or make dinner. We either ate all our vegetable or are still able to identify them. Life changing! :~D

Wow, Leah, that sounds AMAZING! Ben and I must do that (we do every once in a while, but definitely not enough and never make enough food for the entire week). Sounds fabulous! Comments are closed.
