Join moi for this workshop that will explore all sides of the hips through many different hip-opening asanas. We will focus on opening the hips from both an anatomical/functional mobility standpoint and from an energetic/emotional standpoint. The workshop will consist of a 1.5 hour heated, hip-opening vinyasa practice, followed by time for discussion, breaking down the poses, and journaling.
