Happy New Year, Bloggies!!!!
I hope you had a fabulous evening last night and have enjoyed an amazing start to 2012 today. Ben and I have had a very CrossFit New Year, starting out with a small shindig with some of our CF friends last night, and then ending with a 10am 2012 THROWDOWN (I can call it that, because that's a CF term ;) this morning. It felt amazing to be starting my new year off with a crazy workout, and I now feel strong enough to approach any curveballs that 2012 throws my way (although one can always hope that the new year is just smooth sailing!)... My new year's resolutions? Pretty simple and straightforward this year: 1. Focus on time management. Get better at creating more FREE TIME, time for relaxation, and space for creativity in my life. 2. Floss at least once per day (please don't get grossed out--I have amazing oral hygiene, I just don't always floss every single day...and I want to ;) 3. Complete a January sugar cleanse. That's right, I'm giving up sweets, desserts, and all things sugarey for the month of January--just to get my body back on track after the crazy cookie-binge that has defined the holiday season. Loved every minute of it, but that just can't go on forever. What are you hoping to make more time for in your life in 2012?
