Jamie Suprenant grew up in the restaurant business on Cape Cod and didn't waste any time becoming a restauranteur in his own right. He opened his first restaurant in 1995 and since then has gone on to open 5 more: Five Bays Bistro, Anejo (two locations!), Crisp, and Crisp Too. In this episode, Jamie shares how he became the owner of multiple restaurant concepts on Cape Cod + discusses some of the challenges associated with being in the hospitality business in such a seasonal community.
