Lets get into those hips! If you've ever taken a class with me you know that hip openers + lower body strengtheners are my absolute fave, so it's no surprise that we're once again focusing on this area of the body in this week's audio class.

Class Description: In this 75-minute audio yoga class we focus on strengthening the abductors and opening the hips in a variety of squat variations and balancing poses. We discuss cultivating inner solitude amidst chaos and work up to and into Bhujapidasana or arm pressure pose. This class is not for beginners; experienced practitioners only (Level 2-3 class).
