Audio Yoga Class #17: Ain't No Party Like a Plank Party

Ready to party? Here you go! My idea of a party might be slightly different than yours, but what can I say? I'm a tired mama who doesn't get out much and gets REALLY excited about making time for a yoga class--even a 1 hour practice done at home.

Class Description: In this 1 hour audio yoga class we focus on strengthening the core and working the upper body while moving through a well-balanced flow. Get excited about lots of plank variations and some fun yogic push-ups! This class is not for beginners; experienced practitioners only (Level 2-3 class). Recorded live.

A Note About the Audio Quality: These classes are not professional recordings, so you will hear me mess up, you'll hear students sneeze, you'll hear me whisper a specific instruction to a specific student, and at times, the audio quality might not be the best. Apologies, but hey, they're free and as authentic as you can get without being in the actual class! ;) ​
