Day 67/Dress #67: Black Tweed Dress from Banana Republic
[Here's what Sara had to say about this dress: Not a super uplifting memory, but it's what I wore to my grandma's funeral. I remember thinking that she would be proud of me for "dressing up." I haven't worn it since, but it does bring back my memories of the last few weeks that I was lucky enough to spend with her.] Watercolor sketch on paper Image approx. 5" x 2" (paper is 9" x 6") 10 limited edition prints available here. Learn more about this daily painting project + view a gallery of the paintings here. *Please note: since it's already a somewhat somber day on the blog, I thought I would just continue the tone by sharing this dress memory from Sara. Even though it's sad, I think it's a really beautiful memory. I'm sorry if I'm depressing you today... Comments are closed.
