My 2015 schedule is pretty packed. I'm traveling a lot and I'm heading out of the country 3 different times, so I doubt I'll be able to justify yet another trip or event-related expense (Also, Ben probably wouldn't love the idea, since he's not going to any of the aforementioned places with me...whoops!), but that doesn't mean that a girl can't compose a friendly wish list, right?
And that doesn't mean that you can't go anywhere else this year, right!? Yesterday, I was talking with a client who was just back from an entrepreneurship retreat to Costa Rica, and we both agreed that it should be MANDATORY that every single person go on a trip or retreat by themselves at least once per year (Government-funded program, perhaps?). I know that if we were each given this time and space to relax + do mucho yoga every year, we would all be happier, healthier, better people. That being said, here are 5 yoga events that I wish I could attend in 2015. I *may* be able to swing a weekend jaunt to Kripalu at some point in the fall, but for the most part, these events will have to stay on my wishlist until a less travel-filled year... But maybe you can make one happen? I hope so. And maybe you can report back so that I can plan for 2016...?
So many incredible yoga events, so little time! What's on your wishlist this year? If you've never been on a retreat, or taken a weekend off to visit Kripalu or attend a yoga festival, why not make 2015 your year? Yoga events are dabomb.com. {Also, just a reminder that I'm leading two retreats with Kimberly Wilson this year and would *LOVE* to have you join us...more info about both Costa Rica + Italy here.} Oh, and Mat Matters will be back next week! Sorry for the unintended mini-hiatus, but this move has set me behind in more ways than one, and I have yet to figure out my new video recording spot ;)

Awesome, but I'm still waiting for you to find me a "family yoga: retreat, where I can bring my husband and kid along, and the children do separate activities while the adults do yoga! Maybe this can be something for your newly-entrepreneured yoga student to think about, huh?
