Counting off 100 days in your life is also an amazing way to track how much can happen and how things can change during this time period. I took a look back and was pretty amazed by the results. So here's a quick glimpse at what else has happened in my life over the past 100 days:
-Applied to and started Advanced Teacher Training
-Got engaged (!)
-Went on a trip to Stockbridge, MA
-Moved to Arlington, VA
-My brother & his GF came to visit
-Taught first Level 1 Teacher Training at Tranquil Space Arlington
-Visited BFF in Chicago
-Experienced my first earthquake
-My Dad did a headstand & finally started practicing yoga at a studio after much prodding from yours truly (and he's hooked! Practicing 3-4 times per week!)
-Took a week-long trip to Cape Cod & attended 2 weddings (Weddingpalooza 2011)
-Went to Squam, an Art Workshop in NH
Exciting 100 days, huh? And to think, I kept doing headstands through it all (except when I hit my head on a dumpster, of course).
My challenge to you? Do something similar! Even if it's on a smaller scale, like 25 days--pick a pose that you struggle with and start doing it once per day, every day, and see how your relationship with it transforms. I promise, it's fun :)
Have a wonderful day!
